Once a girl emancipates herself from her family and gives birth to a child, she should lose all rights to be tried as a juvenile. Both these people deserve the death penalty.

That would be a Blessing wouldn’t it? A new D.A. who has his head and heart in the correct place.

In fact the one’s who are “favorable” to said child torturers, need to see Trip,hold Trip,give him a hug,and realize this could be one of their children,or grandchildren,or a neice or a nephew a brother or sister.

I wonder if this were the case,would the hurters,be walking around free?

The only significant happening since our initial report is that Harley Scott is scheduled to appear in Muskogee County District Court on the ‘sounding docket’ on Thursday, October 12th.

Unless a plea deal is made at that time there will be a preliminary hearing scheduled, then an arraignment and ultimately a trial.

If the case actually goes to trial it will probably be the middle of next year at the earliest.

It is expected a ‘plea deal’ will be cut, long before then as a new District Attorney takes over in January and he may not be inclined to be so generous with those that torture a baby…

Is there an update on this Baby Boy?

Do you know if the Parents have had their limbs pulled out of socket by two strong people,playing tug of war? If not,tis a shame indeed.

This story breaks my heart! Upon reading it, I burst into tears and ran into the room where my 5-month old son was laying, and I held him close. How can anyone do that to their own child! Those sick !@#$%^& deserve the max!!

I read this article late last night,and all I can see in my mind is this precious little baby,and what these two animals have done to him.What could drive anyone to do these evil acts?Why didn’t someone notice,a friend,or family member,a neighbor,anyone?
Why would any prosecuter let these parents loose to not only do it again,but to not suffer, the way the baby has had to suffer?
It boggles my mind and soul.And to not SEVER parental rights.Come on.What are they thinking?
I will take this little baby,and he will never know anything but love.
I cannot even imagine this,and will never be able to embrace it.There can be no reason given,or even an excuse for why the parents did these heinous things.
God Bless this little Baby,and to hell with Melinda Burnett and Harley Scott.They knew better.
And their pictures,I see no remorse in their eyes,what is there,is worry for themselves,not for what they did to their Son.
Prison for about,let’s say,LIFE with no parole sounds about right.Right in with the meanest of mean prisoners,I have heard most hardened comvicts don’t like the baby hurters.

Trip,may you get better,and know only good things,and love,and sandboxes,and the fun of swinging,and lot’s of hugs.We Love You.
