Meet The Lupers Formerly of Kansas, Oklahoma.
Delbert Luper is currently doing 35 years while Evelyn is doing four years in Oklahoma prison. The Lupers operated Evelyn’s Daycare Center, in the Delaware County town of Kansas, Oklahoma where Evelyn supposedly cared for the children while Delbert spent much of his time sexually abusing them.
Delbert Luper pleaded guilty of a total of 18 charges involving the sexual abuse of children. Evelyn Luper pleaded guilty to 2 charges involving the sexual abuse of children.
