Tulsa Councilor Wants Speed Trap takes a look at a really stupid proposal by Tulsa City Councilor John Eagleton to hire a group of new police officers and send them out to do nothing but write traffic tickets in what can only be considered a plan to turn Tulsa in Oklahoma’s biggest ‘speed trap town’.
