Convicted sex offender Forrest D. Moore, 42, of Eldorado, OK, focus of parents concern while reading water meters at school.  Moore was convicted in August 2000 in Lincoln County on two counts of aggravated lewd molestation with his 8-year-old stepdaughter in Prague in the summer of 1999. Link
