Patrick Lee Mayberry, a convicted sex offender who is in an Oklahoma prison is charged with procuring obscene materials on allegations that he asked another man to take pornographic pictures of a 9-year-old Tulsa girl. Link
Roger Maxwell Hamilton, an Oklahoma State University student, sentenced in federal court in Oklahoma City to three years in prison after he admitted to possessing child pornography. Link
FBI agents arrested a Purcell, OK man, Jackie Dale Johnson, 24, who is accused of having sexual contact with a 4-year-old girl in Fort Bliss, Texas. Link
Walter Jack Childers, 62, of Oklahoma City, is going to prison for life plus 275 years for raping a boy. Link
Jack Allen Cook, 33, of Altus, OK a convicted sex offender who recently allegedly violated his conditions of probation by attending a Cub Scout meeting has been slapped with a $100,000 bond after his probation on charges of failure to register as a sex offender was revoked. Link
Anthony Duncan, 21 and Curtis Colvin, 38, arrested in Rogers County in case alleging the sexual abuse of a 12 year old girl. Duncan was arrested on an allegation of committing the sexual abuse and Colvin on allegation of not reporting it. Link 1 and Link 2
Kendall Dewayne Carr, 36, of Oklahoma City, sentenced to life by Cleveland County jury which found him guilty of raping a 17 year old girl four years ago. Link
Krishna V. Jain, 42, of Sommerville, Mass, arrested in Cleveland County after he allegedly arranged a sexual encounter with a woman he thought was a 13-year-old virgin, while communicating with her in an Internet chat room. Link
Terry John Love, 44, of Norman, OK charged with making an indecent proposal to a child, after police said he offered to buy an 11-year-old girl a cell phone so that she could “take sexy photographs” of herself. Link
Brandon L. Shellenberger, 36, of Midwest City, OK, arrested on charges of kidnapping, raping and torturing a woman and a 16-year-old girl. Link 1 and Link 2
Jason Lee Campbell, 30, of Enid, OK arraigned on a felony charge for allegedly fondling a 10-year-old girl. Link
Maximiliano Mateo, 30, a Guatemalan national, pleaded guilty in Muskogee County to sex with a 13 year old girl who became pregnant and who visited him in jail where he was being held on other charges. Link
A Payne County man, David Wayne Pace, 53, was found guilty in Waterloo, Iowa on charges of enticing away a minor child. Pace was caught in an internet sex sting conducted by Iowa authorities. Link
Jimmy Jacobs, 35, of Muldrow, OK charged with four counts of felony sodomy and three counts of sexual abuse by a caretaker in case alleging sexual abuse of boys. Jacobs was a “house manager” at People Inc. in Sallisaw, OK. Link
Harold E. Wilson, 52, of Ardmore, OK bound over for trial in child rape case in which Angela A. King, 31, and her husband, James Thomas Ford, 28 are also accused. Link
Harry Merle Bostwick, age 65, of Guthrie sentenced to two concurrent 10-year prison sentences with five years suspended in each count following guilty plea to molesting a now 17 year old female family member, 10 years ago. Link
Dennis Willis, 37, of Lindsay, OK ordered held in lieu of $50,000 bond on charges of rape by instrumentation of a 14 month old child. Link
Brian Giacomo, 36, a former Muskogee, OK high school band teacher accused of sexual misconduct with a student. Link 1, Link 2, Link 3 and Link 4
Federal authorities charge Broken Arrow, OK skating rink owner and former Muskogee Police Sgt David Abston on child pornography charges. Local authorities investigating allegations of Abston molesting young boys. Link 1 , Link 2, Link 3 and Link 4
Gregory Pat McCray, 36, of Stillwater, OK arrested charges of having child pornography on his home computer. Police allegedly discovered numerous photographic images of young prepubescent females and males, ranging in age from 3 to 17 years. Link
Micah Ananias Horn, 23, of Edmond, OK who was convicted in 2003 for indecent or lewd acts with a child under 16 arrested for violating provisions of the Oklahoma Sex Offender Registration Act. Link
Jason Garvin, 16, of Choctaw, OK arrested on allegation of molestation of a five-year-old girl and Eugene Alan Sordahl Jr., 20, of Harrah, OK, arrested on allegation of molesting a seven-year-old girl in 2001 and again in 2002. Link
Registered sex offender Donald Fisher, convicted of a felony charge to procure, produce, distribute or possess child pornography, arrested after Salina, OK Police discovered he had a weapon in his possession. Link
William Nielson, 40, wanted on charges of lewd acts with a child in Creek County, has been arrested by authorities in Tulsa. Link
Joshua David Carey, 23, of Oklahoma City, charged with three felony counts of second-degree rape of a fifteen-year-old girl. Link
Victor Don Bostwick, 41, of Guthrie, OK charged with two counts of rape by instrumentation, attempted first-degree rape, three counts of first-degree rape and lewd acts to a child under age 16. Victor Bostwick is the son of Harry Merle Bostwick, mentioned previously in this report. Link
Competency evaluation ordered for Jerry Wayne Mullican, 51, of Muskogee, OK. Mullican is one of two men accused of sexually abusing a 7-year-old girl. Mullican faces charges of first-degree rape, forcible sodomy and lewd or indecent proposal or acts. Lonnie Wayne Stevens, 61, faces a lewd molestation charge and rape by instrumentation charge. Link
Jeff Thompson, a 37-year-old Sapulpa, OK schoolteacher, arrested on a warrant charging him with rape by instrumentation of his three-year-old daughter. Link
Anthony Carl Wilson, of Tahlequah, OK, charged in Craig County with indecent proposals to a child in Craig County has been ordered to serve a year’s worth of weekends in the Cherokee County Jail and pay $800 in fines. Link
