Friday, January 12, a Chickasha police officer, and KEY witness in the on going Chickasha Elk’s Lodge gambling investigation, was suspended from duty.

Police Chief, Lynn Williams, and Grady county DA, Brett Burns, were informed by OSBI that Chickasha police officer, Michael Delong, is the key suspect in at least one rape case.

In another development; Stan McConnell, Oklahoma highway patrolman, reported that he received an OSBI report indicating that Richard Cochran’s recent DUI blood test revealed that he was MORE then double the legal intoxication level which is .08.

Richard Cochran, is another key witness, in the Chickasha gambling case, and undercover informant for Brett Burns, Grady County DA.

Mr. Cochran was involved in a motorcycle accident, several months ago, in which a Chickasha woman, Betty Parham, was riding with him. Ms. Parham was seriously injured resulting in her being hospitalized to for two weeks. With a blood alcohol content of .20, Mr Cochran was obviously VERY drunk when the accident occurred.

Officer McConnell charged Mr. Cochran with DUI charges the night of the accident. Grady County DA, Brett Burns, refuses to file DUI charges against his witness and informant, allowing him to endanger the lives of ALL Grady county residents by driving drunk anytime he chooses.

Stay tuned…in the next 30 days Mr. Cochran will also be charged with felony insurance fraud of over $23,000.

The local newspaper, The Chickasha Daily Express, refuses to report any of these facts. They only report items approved by DA Brett Burns.

Brad MacAdoo is the DA’s first cousin. He embezzled well over $30,000 from the YMCA where he was the director. The DA closed the investigation before the independent audit firm was 25% through with their audit. HMMMMM

Brad MacAdoo received a slap on the hands. He repaid $30,000 and the DA kept $20,000 leaving only $10,000 for the financially strapped YMCA HMMMM.
