Richard Gray To Trial
Richard Gray, former District Attorney for Adair, Cherokee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties, has been ordered to stand trial on allegations that he embezzled almost $9,000 in seized drug money.
Gray was indicted in October by the state’s multi-county grand jury.
The case is being prosecuted by the Oklahoma Attorney General’s office.
No trial date has been set.
