Katherine Rutan Pollard Trial

The first-degree murder trial of Katherine Rutan, also known as Katherine Rutan Pollard, is underway at the Woods County Courthouse, in Alva, Oklahoma after having been moved from Woodward County on a change of venue.

She is being tried for the murder of her son Logan Tucker back in 2002, when he was 6-years-old. In spite of extensive and repeated searches, the body of Logan Tucker has never been found.
This of course presents a difficult but not impossible case for the prosecution which with early testimony began building piece by piece a mountain of evidence and testimony to demonstrate a pattern of thoughts, words and deeds on the part of Katherine Rutan Pollard in regard to her children.
Although there will be a detailed report on Bubbaworld.com regarding this case once concluded, here I will simply list a series of articles from the various news sources and in somewhat chronological order for those wishing to follow this sad case of alleged child abuse and murder as it progresses.
I will update this posting frequently throughout the course of the trial, adding links to new news media reports as they come available.
Please note the accused has been known under numerous names including Katherine Rutan, Katherine Pollard, Katherine Rutan Pollard, Katherine Gougler and Katherine Daggett as she moved into and out of various relationship and across Oklahoma over the years.
