A Horror Story Redux
A horror story redux is how best to describe what has happened to a 14-year-old Delaware County girl.
On November 7th, the girl reportedly had a seizure at school in Gove, OK and was taken to Integris Grove General Hospital. There the girl and her foster mom were informed that the girl was approximately 11 weeks pregnant.
After returning home the foster mom confronted the girl wanting to know who’d fathered the child. The girl refused to reveal the father, until such time as the foster mom, Vickie Mountford, asked her husband Timothy Joe Mountford, 49, to leave the room.
Reportedly once he was out of the room, the girl revealed to Vickie Mountford that it was her husband Tim Mountford that had impregnated her – this according to the probable cause affidavit filed with the court clerk.
It is alleged that the following day that Tim Mountford reportedly admitted to his wife that he’d had sex with the teen one time. Vickie Mountford informed the authorities of her husband’s alleged admission.
Timothy Joe Mountford has been charged in Delaware County district court with one count each of rape and child sexual abuse. Following his arrest, Mountford was reportedly released on $150,000 bond.
As shocking as it might seem to most of us, reportedly Mountford’s bond does not require him to stay away from the alleged victim.
What is even more shocking about this case is that this child has been under Department of Human Services custody since 2004.
That’s how she came to have Timothy Joe Mountford and Vickie Mountford as foster parents. For you see, this same girl was in 2004 raped repeatedly, for months, and impregnated by Tommy James Isbell, 35, of Jay, OK.
Isbell was sentenced to spend life in prison on 16 counts of sexually abusing the same girl when she was just 11-years-old.
If Timothy Joe Mountford is found guilty in a fair trial he deserves no less and possibly a lot more, if he is in fact responsible for this horror story redux…

Interestingly an examination of the on-line court record does not reveal which judge decided to let an accused child rapist out on bond without prohibiting the accused from contact with the alleged victim.
However, since this case is taking place in Delaware County, odds are the judge is an idiot anyhow…
The wife asked the husband to leave the room? Had she been suspicous of some activity going on? If so, then she could be arrested for not reporting sooner. Or maybe she sensed something when she confronted the girl. Either way, she could tell the girl did not want to talk about it with the man present.
It makes sense to hold the grown adult more responsible in situations like this, but why do we a**ume that these kids aren’t fully aware, and willing to do this type of sleazy behavior? Why do they get a complete and total pa**? I can see giving them a pa** when they are thirteen or under, like this girl was. 14 is a bit iffy, depending on the kid, but when kids reach fifteen and engage in sexual activity, then they reach the age where they can accurately be described as s***s and w****s, be they male or female.
I don’t know this girls situation. Being in a foster home no doubt left her in an unusually vulnerable state, even for a child. However, there are plenty of fifteen year old skanky w****s walking around who should not be given a total pa**. Why aren’t juveniles charged with sexual deviancy when they engage with someone over eighteen?

Before you start dropping terms like “skank”, “w****” and “s***” why don’t you FIND out what the girls situation was. And the reason why they are not charged is because they are CHILDREN who are under the supervision of an ADULT. For one, they are scared. Imagine yourself for just one minute in her sh**s. Until you have walked in them, I suggest you not judge.
I hope this girl gets the help she deserves. I also hope that Mr. Mountford gets what he deserves. But, knowing our justice system, and Delaware County I’m sure he will be free very soon having more foster kids to a**ault. What’s even more disturbing is I know him. My child was in his care for a period of time. He is very lucky that I live far far away.
God will give him what he deserves.
This is to all that think they know everything.. Have you all ever thought the the system let the family down by not getting the young girl help when they asked them too?????? No Mrs. Mountford should not be punshed for what Mr. mountford did.. yes he needs to pay for what he did.. But If you look at the case with isbell you will see that she consented because he thought her that it was right to go after adult men… Mountford is the adult in this case i see that.. have you ever thought of any other men that she has went after and their family? What should they do to these girl that are raised like her that send men to jail every day and everyone said poor her, no it is i feel sorry for his wife and kids.. Mountford is not a rapist he made one bad choise that he will live with for the rest of his live.. There are reports of other men this girl has went after but do you think the write that in this no they want you to see poor lil girl .. you think you can sit and judge you should have her live with you and see what you go through.. when you have been through what vicki and her kids have you will be saying sorry… no sitting on you computer saying vicki should pay she had no clue so back off… and you and everyone else one day will now what happened in this case.. for one you should rent the little loleta it will show you what the girl was like… that is all i am say for to night… If you are christians pray for the family don’t bash them…
Wow, So many judges, ready to judge and convict, I must be in the presence of saints. I am not a religious zealot, but never was the phrase more appropriate than here, when I say, Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!
Unfortunately, those of you who chose to judge can neither read, nor do simple subtraction. This girl was removed from her biological parents 3 years prior to this incident – she was 11 years old – and presumably placed in a “safe” environment. Instead, this 11 year old child was placed in a foster home where she was repeatedly raped over a 3 year period. I am not a psychologist or psychiatrist, but have read enough to know that when children are subjected to sexual abuse, their abuser makes them feel worthless, guilty and that they are the cause of the pergatory that is forced upon them and they do not deserve to be treated in any other way.
To the 39 year old male who even attempts to paint the 11 year old child as a “Lolita”, initiating the advances and “tempting” an older man, I can only say that you need a lot more help then you think.
To the writer who stated that the “system let the family down”, I am forced to ask, “In what way did the system fail the family?” In not teaching a 49 year old “morals” and “manners” ? In not teaching a 49 year old male how to treat a child who was placed in his home for safety reasons ? For not teaching the 49 year old that he was more than 3 times this child’s age and that it was noT only wrong, to force himself on a child and have sex with her, but was also indicative of a very sick mind ?
I beg to differ with you, but it is not the obligatIon of the “System” to teach a 49 year old male that such conduct is sick in any society, civilized, or otherwise. But, as usual, why not blame the system ? Then nobody has to take responsibility for any of their actions and all individuals will blame the system for whatever they do.
And I am left speechless by the individual who cast this criminal act as a casual faux pas, with the thought that “Oh, well, he made one mistake, but since he’s going to pay for that one mistake the rest of his life, there’s no harm no foul inflicted on the child”,
So, why don’t we just pa** the hat around ? After all, this 49 year old child molester will need money for his legal defense”. Let’s all pitch in since the “System” has failed him and his family. There’s something very warped in one’s thinking when the abuser is made to look like the victim.
