A Real Friendly Jailer
Billie Lee Pelley, 20, has seen the bars of the Okfuskee County Jail from both sides now.
This after her recent arrest on allegations that she, while an Okfuskee County Jailer, performed oral sex on 37-year-old Bobby Mann, an inmate who is awaiting trial on a felony bomb threat charge.
Allegedly Pelly was recorded on the jail’s in-house security camera as she entered Mann’s cell on New Year’s Eve and performed oral sex on him. Reportedly Pelley told authorities she wasn’t thinking when she entered the cell and that after they kissed for a while she performed the sex act upon him and that she stopped once she came to her senses.
Pelley has been charged with “forcible sodomy” as an inmate can not consent to sexual activity.
Reportedly inmate Mann didn’t make a criminal complaint against Pelley, and why should he?
If allegations are true Pelley was was probably running one of the friendliest jails in Oklahoma, so why should he complain?
After being arraigned on the forcible sodomy charge Pelley was released on a personal recognizance bond, this as they probably did not want her hanging around the jail for any longer than necessary.
Pelley’s next court date is currently set for February 25th.
