I have a home in Cimarron County, just west of Texas County. If you had the time to read it all, I have dozens of pages of facts, photos, etc. showing how the local Sheriff, Undersheriff, Commissioners, Judge, DA, ADA and others conspired to steal my personal property and bust up my home! They wanted me shut up because I turned in a commissioner for misappropriation of FEMA funds and embezzling county money. They made up some bogus charges for a ficticious crime and tried to blame it on me. They violated several of my civil rights, physically threatened me, committed breaking and entering, criminal trespass, destruction of private property and more, ALL WITH A BOGUS WARRANT! There are a minimum of 16 completely false statements on their warrant, the worst of which it states we have a white, one-story house with a red roof, when in fact it's a brown, 2-story house with a brown roof. It also states we live 24 miles north of Highway 64 (instead of the 2 miles in reality), which would put us about 12 miles into the state of Colorado. Many other false statements such as building sizes, building locations, etc. Look up "Shipman versus The State of Oklahoma" on the internet and the first paragraph reads: Where authority to search is based upon a search warrant, such warrant MUST describe the place with such reasonable certainty that the officer to whom it is directed can ascertain from it the place to be searched, and NO discretion as to the place is left to such officer! Does this sound like their warrant describes our home with "reasonable" certainty? I think not. They refuse to return our property or pay for the damages they caused. They WILL NOT answer email, certified letters or phone calls. All these Podunk imbeciles band together in these two counties and think they're untouchable. Any attornies out there that want to sue their asses off, please contact me.
