		<description>I read or heard somewhere that it is easier to impeach the president of the United States than it is to disbar a judge.  I don&#039;t know if it is true, but if so, it WOULD explain the delay.  
Also, there may very well be a clause, or law somewhere that states something along the lines of a judge being able to get reinstated if he was disbarred while incarcerated. Also, the supreme court may have wanted to wait to make sure all possible appeals and recourses had been spent.  It would have reeked legal havoc in the form of lawsuits if he managed to get the case overturned AFTER being disbarred, and probably would have won!!  I think it is fair to say that none of us would have wanted to see this &quot;man&quot; make money off what he did.
Before we accuse others of being, &quot;distracted  by things going on out of sight&quot;, we should consider these possibilities.  Remember, ALWAYS follow the money.</description>
