I’m the grandmother that’s fighting for my grandchildren and I’m not planning on stopping until there is justice.
Everyone that’s involved with my grandchildrens case deserved to be held accountable for their actions.
This is wrong for what they have done to this family. My grandsons are even more damaged and traumatized than ever, being in foster care, being moved from placement to placement and all the while being alienated from me their biological and maternal grandmother. I love my grandchildren! With Every ounce of blood that’s flowing through my veins going through my body.
My grandchildren they know that I am here,Yet! They don’t get to see m e. That’s pure torture.
Tara Bone a DHS supervisor now, located on the NW 10th street office, is determined to get my grandsons adopted out.

Oklahoma DHS- PLAIN AND SIMPLE IT’S JUST CORRUPTED.
IT’S NOT ABOUT THE CHILDREN, IT’S ABOUT THE DHS RECEIVING MONEY.
THEY RECEIVE BIG MONEY FOR ADOPTING CHILDREN OUT.

I’m a 5 x graduated of Stratford Career Institute. I financial establishedd to take care of my daughters children. I have moved to Oklahoma from Nevada. I am an Army Veteran. I am not a felon. I have a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home, that’s over 2,000 square feet. Plenty of room for my grandchildren.
DHS has denied the request on many many occasions to do a homestudy of my home so that my grandchildren can get out of foster care. They have made phone calls to Bare Foundation stating to them not to license my home. They have violated my grandchildren’s rights and my rights as a grandmother of not being able to have visitation.
DHS has broken several violations according to their policy and procedures.
My grandchildren has been in Oklahoma Foster Care System since 3.2.2006. My daughter has relinquished her parental rights by coercion of the DHS. The initial case worker Tara Bone is the culprit behind this unprofessional and prejudice act.
My grandchildren has been alienated from me. I haven’t seen them since 2-16-2010.
IT’S NOT ABOUT THE MONEY. It’s about my precious and adorable grandchildren. From the way that you speak on here. You must be Tara Bone that’s been on my grandchildren’s case from day one. From 3-2-2006.

MONEY! ARE YOU SERIOUS? HECK I DON’T NEED NO MONEY TO TAKE CARE OF MY GRANDBABIES. IT’S ALL LOVE. PURE AND SIMPLE.

DHS has my grandchildren goin from place to place, just floating in the foster care system. That’s wrong.

My grandchildren are medicated, alienated, damaged and traumatized, “THAT’S SURE NOT IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CHILDREN”
TARA BONE IS A VERY EVIL, EVIL WOMAN! A WICKED PERSON SHE IS. THEY ALL NEED TO LOCKED UP AND THE KEYS THROWN AWAY.

JUDGE RICHARD W KIRBY, TARA BONE OF DHS, HOWARD HENDRICK OF DHS, ASST DA JANE BROWN, AND ASST PD RYAN HAUSER FOR INFLICTING EMOTIONAL HARM, DAMAGE AND TRAUMATIZING MY 5 GRANDSONS.

My grandsons has been in the system 5 years and 5 months, when they don’t need to be. All from devious and malicious acts from these oklahoma wicked and evil folks.These folks that work in DHS such as Tara Bone at 7201 NW 10th Street Office are cold blooded, heartless and pure evil.

I have been working in the courthouse for several years and I am aware of both cases. In the first case, if you read the opinion, the parents that Judge Kirby locked up came to Court “high” on meth and cocaine not once but 3 times over a period of several months.J udge Kirby locked them up for contempt for one weekend after warning them at the previous court date that he would. What is interesting is that I was in Court and heard the parents say that it was the best thing that happended to them because it woke them up they have been sober for nearly a year and have got their kids back. In the case Dana talks about, the woman referred to is a grandmother that has a case that has been going on for a while, and the DA filed a contempt charge because the grandmother, among other things, put the pictures of her grandchildren on TV and the internet, and identified the children as foster children, which violates the children’s privacy and the law. the kids immediately started getting “teasing” phone calls from their friends about the fact thatthey were foster children. No decision has been made, but if you ask me, that woman cares more about getting a check than her granchildren.

Judge Kirby is fixing to strike again. He is fixing to put another person in jail for the same thing these two people went. She had the nerve to expose corruption being done by DHS and the courts involvement and for that they are going to throw her in jail.

What is it with Oklahoma Judges? One of them convicted for actually masturbating on the bench! WOW! Shocking and disgusting! One of them putting people in jail while ignoring their constitutional rights? WOW! Also shocking and disgusting. Now Judge Allen Welch allegedly ruled not to remove a child from a home that was covered in dog fecies and subsequently, the father killed the mother and then himself! I appreciate bubbaworld’s reporting on the Masturbating Judge, but when will someone look into the performance of other judges … when someone dies? WELL IT HAPPENED!!!

I do not understand two things: 1)Why are judges not held accountable? If Judge Richard Kirby was any other type of “politician” (since he is elected) and he violated citizens’ constitutional rights, he would be held accountable … he would FIRED or forced to resign. There would be investigations etc. 2) Why do people like Judge Richard Kirby go “unoticed” by the public and media? What Judge Kirby did is shameful, at the very least, but it takes someone masturbating on the bench to get any attention!! Yes, what Judge Thompson did was HORRIBLE … but does conduct have to be that OUTRAGEOUS before we hold our “officers of justice” accountable????

It seems to me that there is no interest in this matter. It is a shame because Judges should – and must – be held to the highest standards. Unfortunately, if a Judge does something “illegal” – like jailing people without observation of their constitutional rights – there are no consequences. When will we finally do something about power-running-amoc??

I agree that what Judge Thompson, a/k/a the “Masturbating Judge”, was criminal. I’m glad that bubbaworld has exposed him and even more glad that he was punished. This terrible misconduct embarassing not only to Oklahoma, but the entire Judiciary and, even more importantly, the legal profession as a whole. At least Judge Thompson’s sentence sends a message that the legal profession will actually police itself. As for Judge Richard Kirby, I agree with the above – why has his misconduct not been exposed? I read the case above, In Re J.H., and believe that Judge Kirby’s misconduct should be publicy chided. It is the only way that our profession can maintain credibility with the public. After reading In Re J.H. it is apparent that Judge Kirby “should have known” the correct procedure was “indirect contempt.” A simple reading of the applicable statute makes that clear. It seems that he had a knee-jerk reaction to litigants challenging his authority, i.e. not complying with his order, and did not exercise “good judgment.” Is not “good judgment” the heart of his position as a “Judge?” The Oklahoma people, generally, do not read Appellate Rulings. Thus, it is imperative that some forum communicate the truth to Oklahomans regarding judicial performance (or non-performance). I agree with the above – In Re J.H. should be communicated to all Oklahomans and especially to those in Judge Kirby’s district (if he has one, i.e. is not an “At Large” Judge). Information is key to the public using “good judgment” to elect their judges. Each voter can form his/her own conclusions and make his/her own decision with the information, but without the facts, each voter cannot make a truly informed decision to ratify or reject their judges performance! We, in the legal profession, owe it to the public to communicate judicial performance – good or bad!!

I agree that the the Masturbating Judge is a disgrace. He deserved to spend time in jail/prison. Judge Thompson could not have been “mentally stable” when he engaged in those acts. Nonetheless, those acts were criminal acts. Having said that, is it true that Judge Richard Kiirby actually unconstitutionally put two people in jail? If so, what is being done to bring Judge Kirby’s misconduct into public view? Why would his conduct, or the conduct of any other jurist, be excluded from public exposure? If Judge Kirby did wrongfully jail people, this is this not an abuse of authority that should be some how addressed by the system? If not, Judge Kirby’s conduct, just like that of Judge Thompson’s masturbation, should be “outed” for voters to see.
