noting you voice injustice and the insane antics of our courts system id like to share another case where all u can do is walk away bewildered and angry. new years eve 2008-2009 a young man had a party at his house in monroe okla population 150 15 to 25 people there.on a one lane road 20 miles from town at the boys fathers house. one kid gets told to leave for fighting and 1-2 hours later calls AND TELLS THE PARTY HES COMIN BACK TO FIT THEM AND BRINGING 3 CAR FULL OF FOLKS . HE does and one of them was a 30 something year old man who jumped out and stabbed the boy who lived there and then stabbed the boys friend 7 ti imes, 15 people saw this the phone call was on voicemail –saved–the young man who threw the party died he bled to death,the attackers left the other hurt boy went in for surgery that nite. 3 days later the killer turned himself in in ark.for killing the young man. after a year finally a trial insued ,the very day of court the district attorney informed us that the judge had decided not to use any of the eveidence,stating that none could testify and the other kid who was stabbed coudnt press charges either and if anyone slipped up it would be an aqital for the killer. the da said ok we were told to go home it was done??????? just like that two kids were victims one dead the other scarred and disfigured told that too bad hate it for you go home and get over it. the killer was police escourted out of town like a vip and that was that. that boy was my son who wanted everyone to have a safe new years party at his house where no one would get in trouble or danger anyone else. leflore county has its own system and it doesnt have c*** to do with justice or anything resembling right. 6 people have been murdered here since new year and not a one killer brought up not even the ones who turn themselves in.so come on done to poteau you can get away with murder but dont u dare bounce a check!!!!!!!!!!!!!
