Bryan Emmitt Lancaster Busted In Internet Sting
State agents arrested a Tulsa man on Tuesday who is accused of indecent exposure and soliciting sexual communication with a minor.
The Allen Police Department alerted the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation to allegations that Bryan Emmitt Lancaster, 45, was “attempting to meet women online to have sex with their children,” according to Lancaster’s arrest report.
The arresting agent posed as both a woman and a 12-year-old girl during online chats with Lancaster in June. Lancaster solicited sexual conduct with the girl and exposed his penis using a webcam on two occassions, the report alleges.
