15-year-old Accused of Raping Grandma
A 15-year-old Edmond teen is accused of allegedly raping his grandmother, court documents show.
On Monday, criminal probable cause paperwork proceedings were filed against the suspect in Oklahoma County District Court. Part of the filing is an affidavit of probable cause filed by Edmond Police Detective Michael Chesley.
Saturday afternoon the victim called the Edmond Police Department to report that her 15-year-old grandson had raped her in her home, according to the affidavit.
The victim told an Edmond officer that the suspect lives in another state, but has been staying with her since July 2, according to the affidavit.

Oklahoma County District Attorney David Prater filed a two-count felony charge against a teenager accused of raping his grandmother, court records show.
Prosecutors allege that Trevon Malik Isaac, 15, committed the crime of rape on July 11 at the victim’s home in Edmond. Two counts of first-degree rape were filed Monday in Oklahoma County District Court.
