Radu Vulpe Busted For Indecent Exposure
Radu Vulpe, 42, of Oklahoma City has reportedly been busted on allegations that he wagged his private parts at his neighbors and then followed up by exposing his backside to police officers.
Here’s a snippet from a KOCO tv report:
One of the people said Radu Vulpe, 42, had come out of his house yelling at them and throwing objects. The neighbor then told police that Vulpe pulled down his pajama bottoms and started waving his private parts around.
Likely, much to his dismay, Vulpe discovered that the officers could do something to him…
