Yesterday the Oklahoma Supreme Court temporarily blocked media access to the identities of foster parents.
This after the Department of Human Services argued it would deter felons from seeking to care for foster children.
Say what?
Yes, you read that right.
DHS does NOT want to DETER convicted felons from being foster parents.
Who wants convicted felons to be foster [...]

“Justice For Joshua” is the latest rallying cry for Oklahomans determined to force improvement upon the Department of Human Services (DHS).
“Joshua” is 2-year-old Joshua Minton, of Sperry, Oklahoma.
Joshua lost his precious young life last month in a Tulsa day care operated by Vicki Chiles who has been charged with first-degree murder in Joshua’s death.
